2012: The South Korean electronic giant has unveiled a new 16 MP camera, called
the GALAXY CAMERA. It comes with Android 4.1 Jellybean OS powered by a 1.4
GHz quad-core processor . It is launched after suffering a
huge defeat in a patent dispute from adversary Apple in a bid to once again
restore its jeopardized image in market. It is likely to be available starting
October.
It is not the sole camera in this category. Even Nikon had earlier launched a camera running on Android. The camera comes in two variants- 3G+wifi and 4G+wifi. One can easily click and store pictures on cloud storage via Samsung’s All Share app. It also supports an HDMI port for media playback. The key features of the GALAXY CAMERA are-

This camera would empower socialholics to directly share there photos with 3G/4G WiFi connectivity options.Also it would empower users to directly edit the pictures with the help of applications available on thee camera.It will also make pictures managing hassle free with the huge applications available from android market.
